We believe in a regenerative future where it is possible to produce quality, nutritious food in partnership with nature.

By applying regenerative farming techniques, we work in partnership with nature, producing financial results and environmental and social impact. Pasto Vivo was born from an ecosystem vision, where man and cattle are integral parts of nature and work in symbiosis with other species and elements of the earth. Our vision is that of biodiversity, and the bovine species as part of biodiversity coexists with the environment in a healthy way.

Our mission is to show in practice evidenced by measurable data that it is possible to reconcile financial returns with impact returns, by regenerating soil, climate and biodiversity. Our name ‘Pasto Vivo’ (Living Pasture) comes from the concept that pasture can go far beyond a single species of grass, with the sole objective of fattening cattle, to a diverse ecosystem that regenerates itself with the participation of animals fed on a diverse and healthy diet.

In this economic model, to the agroforestry component we have introduced agricultural products that are already part of the diet of the future, such as high nutritional value fruits and seeds, which are mainly born in perennial trees. An integrated vision of how we can regenerate ecosystems with food-producing forests. Our goal is to create a model farm with the vision of changing the landscape and the way farmers interact with nature in the region.
